These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cpkok platform and all related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between cpkok ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member").

By creating an account on cpkok or using any service on this platform, you are deemed to have unconditionally accepted the following terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

cpkok reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued access to the site or use of services after any change will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on cpkok and use its services:

• You may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.

The following methods are currently available for depositing and withdrawing funds on cpkok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

A. Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• The deposit method must be registered in your own name. Deposits via third-party methods are not accepted.

B. Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals will not be approved if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

C. Currency

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more adds the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is excluded. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳15,000 worth of bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus claims using multiple accounts or a third-party identity are not permitted.
• cpkok reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of improper use.
• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.

VIP Program

cpkok's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week; Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week; Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week. A member advances to the next tier through consistent activity. Separate detailed terms apply to each VIP tier.

All games on cpkok are conducted impartially. Game outcomes are determined entirely through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness and transparency.

Game Operation Terms

• If a technical error occurs in any game, the result of that round may be considered void and the bet will be refunded.
• cpkok is not liable for issues caused by network disruptions. However, if you experience a loss as a result, please contact the support team.
• cpkok reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a software or system error in casino games.
• Bets cannot be changed after they are placed — all confirmed bets are final.

Cricket and Sports Betting

Various betting markets for cricket and other sports have their own rules. If a specific event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, decisions will be made in accordance with the bet settlement policy. cpkok reserves the right to suspend or cancel any market for any reason.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and confiscation of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Bonus abuse — such as using multiple accounts or the names of multiple family members for the sole purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to operate games.
• Engaging in collusion with other users or participating in match fixing.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Using this platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Conducting transactions using third-party accounts or payment methods.

Closure by cpkok

cpkok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Detection of inaccuracy or misleading information in the details provided.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
• Regulatory or legal reasons.

Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to [email protected]. All pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed. Requests for temporary or permanent self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming are also accepted.

cpkok believes that recreational gaming should be enjoyable — not a source of financial stress or addiction. To that end, we provide the following features:
